There are a few reasons why you would not be able to get
connected when trying to make a call to a user. The first reason is that you
have not verified your account. If you have not entered a valid credit card
number to verify you are over 18, you will not be able to make a call to a
psychic. Also if you are an international caller, you will have to follow the
special instructions for entering your phone number when you register. You can
check this by going to your account and selecting Change Personal Info. Also
you may have entered your phone number incorrectly. This can also be checked by
going to Change Personal Info. Lastly, you may have a zero balance, and will
need to make a deposit before making a call.

The psychic advisors will not be contacting you directly. You will be connected
to your advisor through LifePsychic when you hit the Talk Live button. The
advisor will not have any of your personal information, and you will not have
any of the advisor?s personal information. The only information the advisor
will be able to view is your LifePsychic user name.
To check your messages, login to LifePsychic and go to My
Messages. If you have a message it will tell you how you have an unread message.
To view the message click on it and the message will come up.
To write and send a message to a user or a psychic, simply click
on Send Message in My Messages found on the My Account page.
As a user you are allowed to leave feedback to advisors you
received services from. You can do so by going to My Account and clicking on
Leave Feedback. A list of advisors that you got readings from will come up,
click on Leave Feedback. You will then be able to rate the call and leave a
comment.
You can buy credit at LifePsychic by going to My Balance section
in My Account and using PayPal or major credit cards to transfer funds. Funds
can be deposited to LifePsychic through your PayPal account immediately.
Withdrawals can be made by going to My Account, and then
clicking on Withdrawal.
To change your password, email or personal info, simply go to
Change Personal Info in My Account and update. Your member name, first and last
name cannot be changed.
What steps do I take to become an advisor on LifePsychic? To become an advisor you have to be able to give support and help
to your callers. To take the first step, please register by clicking Give
Advice, found on the bottom of the homepage. After you register you can log in
and create your advisor Profile. We have provided you with a To Do List to
follow to ensure you do not miss an important step when setting up your profile.
As an advisor you can update your profile at Advisor Profile
section of My Account. You can update your description, introduction, browse
images or upload your own designed page. You can do this at anytime, just by
simply logging on to your account, or calling a LifePsychic representative.
To view and update your clients or callers, visit the My Clients
section after logging in to My Account. Here you can add the LifePsychic users
who have called you for a reading and will be calling again.
As an advisor you can create a schedule by going to My Account,
then go to the My Schedule section. There you can set days, time and status
that work best for you. Please really think about what hours you want to be
available to take calls. It is extremely important that you answer all calls
that come to you.
Yes you can change your schedule at any time. You do this by
logging on to LifePsychic and going to My Account. Then select My Schedule and
make the appropriate changes. It is important to make adjustments to your
schedule when necessary to ensure that you are answering every call from the
users.
LifePsychic has a very strict policy with missed calls. We have
installed a program that scans the site for missed calls. Any advisors who miss
calls will be taken off the site for 3 days as a probation period. During that
time your profile will not be seen by users and you will be unable to receive
calls. If this happens 3 times your profile will be taken off the site
indefinitely. You will also have $2 deducted from your account for every missed
call. That is why it is imperative that you set a schedule that works for.
Your status will show as busy when you are taking a call. Should
someone try to call you while you are giving a reading, they will receive a
message that you are currently busy and to try again later or schedule an
appointment. This will not show up as a missed call.
When logged in as a psychic, in My Account section of
LifePsychic you can set your Status. This will tell the users your current
status. The statuses you can pick from are: Available and Not Available. Your
potential clients also have an option to schedule calls with you in accordance
with your schedule and Status. It is important to remember when you are making
your schedule that you also have to set your status as well. If you are going
to unavailable during a scheduled time you can do two things. One is log on to
LifePsychic and manually change your status to unavailable. Two, you can call
(877) LIFE LUV and follow the prompts and change your status over the phone. If
you are having a problem doing this you can contact a LifePsychic
representative and they can do it for you.
Featured Psychics are advisors whose profiles are up on home
page and first spots of every category. To take one of those spots you must
participate and win an auction for the desired spot through Bidding for Top in
My Account.
If you already have an account with LifePsychic simply go to
Refer a Friend on the Home page, above the main menu and enter your and your
friend?s information. You will get paid $50 when you friend registers and
becomes a paying caller on the site. For further terms and conditions you can
read the Affiliate Agreement.
When you register, make sure you mark Send me Promotions
checkmark to receive emails with most recent deals and discounts. LifePsychic
also provides its users and advisors access to all its most current promotions
on the Promotions page, found on the homepage. This page will let users and
advisors know exactly what promotions the site is running and when they will
expire. In addition to this LifePsychic has banners all over the site showing
