How Points Scored Calculated? Each call is divided into 3 points. One point is added for the call received, one more point is added when the feedback is left by the caller and one more bonus point is added if 5 stars are given.

How Rating works?
Rating is calculated for only those calls whose feedback is given by the user and upon that rating the star are shown.
